The digital platform is aimed at helping integrate persons with disabilities and special needs to the use of digital services such as physical and social access to the same platforms as everyone , goods and services, health services, employment opportunities, entertainment, and community participation as everyone else.

The digital platform offers effective and safe access to services, jobs reading, education and skills development and everyday life. it provides flexibility, accessibility, and interactivity, enabling users to learn at their own pace and style. It also offers opportunities for personalized learning, collaboration, and access to a wide range of educational resources beyond traditional classrooms.
